AND IS UPGRADED TO 2.3.5 AND UNLOCKED.
Acer_LiquidMT_4.000.01_AAP-GEN2_03.28.01.zip
Then unzipped it and made a new folder on the SD card with the name "acer_ug".
Placed the ROM into this folder and booted to SD Download Mode with Camera / Vol- / Power which is when it did some funky business and then switched off. I then switched on and it boots up fine without the Helstra crap.
